culinary tuesday

Just got back from Ruthless' place, full as you can only be after a night with mushroom sandwiches, "semlor" and Swedish candy. 

Frying mushrooms in loads of butter, mmm...

Mum brought me dried mushrooms from Sweden but I've been to afraid to destroy them with my insufficient cooking skills so haven't made anything with them yet. But after tonight's delicious sandwiches I think I know what to live of for the rest of the week.

Semla, don't think I've had one for like three years? It was just as good as I remembered it! 

Second dessert; Marabou chocolate, "Turkish peppers" and home made ginger tea. Thank you Ruth's parents for all those Swedish delicacies!
